What Sparks Isn’t

I won’t coach you on search engine optimization, tell you how to make your site load faster, or explain how to back up your blog’s databases.  Need help with that stuff?  You shouldn’t have any problems finding someone to assist you – but that’s not what Sparks is about.

What Sparks Is

I’ll help you break the mold and make meaningful changes to your site.  On the one hand, I can look for things that are broken – aspects of your site that are the visual equivalent of fingers scratching on a chalkboard.  I’ll help you identify this crap and purge it from your site.

I can also generate new and exciting ideas for your site.  Not just ideas that are a degree of separation from what you have today, but things that are fundamentally different from your current approach.

You may not like what I have to tell you.  Heck, you may not even use my ideas – but I’ll certainly get you thinking in new and different directions. I’ll give you the spark you need to succeed.

Why Pay for This?

You can get advice from friends or colleagues.  Why would you pay to get advice from a stranger?  Precisely because I am a stranger.  We have no personal connection, and I can be brutally honest with you.  I don’t know anything about you, and come into this with no pre-conceived notions – a blank slate.  What better way to get a fresh outlook on your site.

I’m Mr. Outside The Box.  Some might even say that I have a twisted mind.  Check out this short story I wrote.  Pretty messed up, huh?  What kind of person would think of such a story?

I do have a day job, as well as a wife and two young kids.  I can’t possibly offer same day service on a routine basis.  However, I will give an estimated completion date.  I’ll try to make these conservative, so that I generally finish at least a day ahead of schedule.
